Hi there! Sorry late reply. Just look the part - dress well/made up - not over the top though, after all this is a beauty consultant role. Ofcourse, just show your personality and be yourself :) Job is varied enough, different vibes in different stores. Some days are better than others - but then again you can say that about anything. It's illegal to ask if you have a car- they got around that by saying reliable transportation. And it's could bends ruminators to ask if you get sick a lot. Say you have a chronic illness, not hiring someone is discrimination. Less

I would have to know more; is the customer displeased about a service or a product? Less

If the customer was not pleased I would first try everything myself to fix the problem and/or ease the situation if I tried everything I could think of and they still are not satisfied I would grab a manager to see if they could help. Less
