Genders and Cultures Effectively, The work communication must be unique, both to deal with the complexity and diversity professional situations, though using those differences should be a key to active greater goals together, However to prevent the laboral conflict, either to improve the success of the Embassy. What are your significant contributions in your previous job? . Duties and Skills performance are the keys to improve any responsibility, so i must be helpful for all of the workplace, encouraging others to acknowledge the differences in a respectful ways, as one of the important instruction to prevent the hostile work environment, however to performance the success of the Embassy. How did you handle stress and orders/tasks coming from different superiors? . Important aspect for the stress, is to trust on what you came to do, either by the team goals.
