The interview consisted of 4 rounds. 1. Written Test 1: Online assessment to test the grammar skills - consisted fill ups, punctuation, pronouns, conjunctions. 2. Written Test 2: Offline test to write a user guide for a feature using its requirement document. 3. Interview 1: Tedhnical interview with a senior documentation manager with questions such as, Tell me about yourself, why zscaler, how do you handle a tough SME, what interests you more: a new project or a old project with a streamlined process, How do you write an API document. 4. Panel interview: Four peer and senior writers ask multiple questions to test your ability to cope up with the environment, and job. Each and every line from your resume were asked as a question to assess your ability and experience. Sample questions: Tell me about yourself, how you did this - user guide, API guide, how do you make sure to follow the standards, what do you know about Swagger, What are the API documentations standards you follow, why zscaler, why are you lookin for this job, why are you leaving your present company, what is your work style, what is a ideal work environment according to you, have you worked collaboratively with other writers, what do you bring in as a technical writer, why should we hire you, what are your expectations, what are your thoughts on zscaler documents, what do you know about our company, what do you know about our industry, how do you document rate limiters in an API document, what are the changes or innovations you have done in your previous company, why do you leave that company (if you have switched jobs), how do you incorporated a specific document standard in your previous work
