Interview
I submitted my resume online through their website sometime around October. Around December I got a phone call to set up an on-campus interview in Warsaw, Indiana. I had the interview in January. The interview lasted around 45 minutes and then included a tour of the facility. I got an offer about 4 days later.

They mostly asked about things on my resume. They'll sort of walk through your resume, and ask for more detail about projects you've worked on or jobs you've had.
