I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (Arlington, VA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Two rounds of interview. The first round was a 10-15 minutes with the CEO. He asked a few basic questions, I think he wanted to know if you can fit in their company. The second round was chatting with one of their manager for 2 hours. She took me out for a coffee. She basically broke down everything, such as job duty, salary range etc. I was offered third round, but I did not go. Their team is absolutely lovely, a very diverse and supportive environment. They sell Telecom products to small business owners and employees. So you have to go to stores in your region like everyday to sell mobile products. They asked so many candidates to come in, and arranged the interviews on the second/third day after they called you. If thats something you are looking for, go for it. If not, do not bother.

Interview
First is a virtual interview where you have to answer about 7 questions, then a 1 on 1 with one of the employees that work there, and then a final interview with the manager
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zerin Business Consulting (McLean, VA) in May 2015
Interview
I didn't apply for this position actually, I was called based on my resume uploaded to a career website. Prior to the interview I read about the company and the interview here so I knew what to expect. I was interviewed by the CEO and he told me that this would be the 1st round of a three-round process. It was just 10 mins with easy questions. I didn't need to introduce myself and he was not interested in my work experience. He didn't say anything about the position, but I asked him if it really is a door-to-door sales position and then he said yes it is. I was selected for the 2nd round but I declined, door-to-door sales is not my thing,
