It was a 3 stage interview process;
Stage 1; Very standard, was conducted by their overseas HR team. asking generic questions regarding my cv and experience. very nice, but couldn’t really answer many questions regarding the role.
Stage 2; a more detailed version of stage one. this was conducted by the country manager, nice guy asked good questions and seemed engage in the conversation.
Stage 3; i was asked to present a case study with the head of international sales (arrogant)
