Just one word - pathetic. I was called to the company for f2f interview. Once I reported was made to wait and the person who scheduled interview collected my resume and left. After some time two people - one must be a manager and his colleague came and escorted me inside. The interview started with the most obvious question. Now the fun starts. The manager asks me what a class and an object is and asked me to give a real time example of it. Is this a question asked for an experienced professional of 4 years. When I tried to appease them with all that I could think of nothing was being taken seriously. It was then I realised that it was a waste of time. Now the manager asked a couple of questions again on core Java when I answered them correctly he left the discussion on the pretext of meeting and then the other person continued asking questions which were ripped off from the internet. In 5 minutes my interview was done and was asked to wait again to fill up the feedback form and then told to leave. I felt the entire process was a farce and I had to lose a day as I had applied for leave. I would suggest to avoid this company.
