The entire interview was conducted via phone. I spoke with the hiring manager as well as the supervisor for this position. I was asked a variety of questions related to my experience and the needs of the position. I was also asked about my ability to work independently. I was given an opportunity to ask my own questions as well.

Interview
I submitted the my application in wish to obtain a job, and received reply after a couple of days saying an interview is scheduled. The interview was a two-to-one in-house interview with senior manager and director of finance. They asked questions, and I answered.
