3 interviews total, I met some great people and the team seemed to be a well-oiled machine. There weren't a lot of technical questions, my experience probably spoke for itself. Culture fit is really important.

Interview
The interviews weren't the most lengthy, so the process was okay. But the. They ghosted me for more than 2 weeks when I was ready to tentatively accept. It was alright that I didn't get the job but the fact that they talk a lot about great experience for candidates but then did this, really made me feel that they were hypocritical.
