Xencor interview questions

I had an informal conversation with the recruiter at first. The recruiter asked about my background and interest in the role. Next was a conversation with the hiring manager then one-on-one conversations with two HR members, VP and then the CEO. No behavioral questions were asked, just questions about my experience with x, y, z. They wanted someone with direct biotech experience in the end.

Phone interview with recruiter, 1:1 interview with hiring manager, panel interview with various members of company/staff (all via microsoft teams due to covid) The process from interview to formal offer took one month.
