One interview with external recruiter and two interviews with internal leadership before offer was made. The process was a bit clunky and disorganized, with the first interview being canceled and then rescheduled. No job description was shared initially

Interview
I had a 30-minute first round interview that I sort of reluctantly accepted after being contacted a couple times due to the possible salary despite all the reviews of this place. Interviewer had to reschedule once, which I didn't have a problem with. It was pretty brief and broad, as first rounds often are. Guy seemed a bit disheveled and out there, I couldn't tell if he didn't care or was just really chill. I followed up after not hearing anything the following week and was told they decided they needed someone with more experience with a certain schooling type than I did.

Tell me about one of your favorite projects you worked on.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at XQ
Interview
I was taken through interviews with 9 people that extended throughout three months as well as an assignment. I know many companies these days like to bring in higher-level executives for most positions, but many of those who were part of this process were late to the interviews and it felt like they weren't prepared at all.
There wasn't great communication in between, and the whole process felt hypocritical to the point of the organization. If you're all about equity, consider assessing your interview process to make it more accessible for those who can't take that much time off work or commit to an unpaid assignment.
