Interview with hiring manager went well, had 2nd interview but then never heard back and could not get a follow up. Finally received a response after many calls and emails that they went a different direction.

I was put through 4 interviews, all 30-45 minutes across the time span of a month. I then waited two weeks to be told I didn’t get the job. 6 weeks of time wasted.
