I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
The process was extremely lengthy but not overly challenging. I had many interviews but they were extremely casual. The only major hurdle is a presentation but it’s mlstly to show you can speak instead of concerns about content.

Question 1
Most of the questions are about organizational fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.

Interview process took about 2 months with 5 interview stages. Everyone was so kind and positive along the journey! They were always well prepared with questions and provided very useful information to use for each stage of the process.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and congratulations on your new role! We’re excited you chose to join Workday and are thrilled to have you as a Workmate!
It was a really pleasant interview process; all the managers were kind and personable. There were 3 rounds of interviews and assessments in total, the most fun being the presentation stage.
