I applied online. I interviewed at Woolworths Group (Sydney) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was less than 5 minutes long. I waited at the service desk for my interviewer for over 10 minutes, when he arrived he was very friendly, though the interview was pretty much conducted while we were walking towards the back offices. When we got to the offices, he only asked how many days I was available and if I liked working at my previous job. The interview ended with him saying "we'll be in contact shortly"
Almost 2 weeks later I got a phone call confirming my first shift, by this time I thought I didn't have the job.
I interviewed at Woolworths Group (Hamilton, Waikato)
Interview
The AI interview was so terrible. I honestly couldn't understand how it evaluated me or what the criteria even was. If you have to take it, don't take it too personally. It's just a broken system.
