Had phone interview by recruiting agency for Executive Assistant position with standard questions. Next had in-person interview with HR Director and HR Coordinator. I indicated I did support gossip or drama in the work place and provided examples of how to discourage it. I was told the previous assistant did not know any Microsoft Office products or knowledge in being successful in her position, which led to her failure. I was also told in interview that the person before me was hired by CFO without any in-person interview and that he made a poor choice and staff were not impressed by this. Prior to the in-person interview I had on-line tests for Microsoft Office programs. I scored in the top 10%. At this interview I was told the position was for an Administrative Assistant position, but the position was actually an executive assistant role. The posting had it listed as both - Title: Executive Assistant; Description: Administrative Assistant. I was questioning their integrity when I was told about the previous assistant in the interview.
