I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Southern MD Facility, MD) in Feb 2010
Interview
Terrible. I have been interviewed by them 2 times and both times the same stuff. They fly you to the mid-west and spend about 10 minutes with you. They make you fly up and back in one day. The last time I went acorss the country to interview the VP spent 10 minutes with me. It was a joke. They then leave and you are stuck trying to get a cab out of suberbia and back to the airport. I am a female and both times.. I wondered if I was not just brought in as some token. Never again. They have the worst interview methods.
There were two steps in the process . Group discussion and personal interview. GD Topics were General and everyone can contribute to the topic. So it was simple and they check your communication skills.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was asked about my previous work experience and credentials. This lasted for over an hour but overall pleased with the approach and process.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wipro (Lucknow) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was mainly a HR based interview. As it was a part of campus hiring process, questions were situation based and related to my previous experience. They have grilled me more on the onsite experience I mentioned in my CV. Further I was interviewed on the hobbies i mentioned. In a nutshell it was purely CV based.
