Very professional. I appreciate the amount of thought and time they put into their interview process. I feel like they do their due diligence in terms of evaluating candidates in a fair manor.

Asked what I was looking for in a job/why I applied for this particular job. They also asked about past experience. I have worked for Willamette before, and am so so happy to be back working g for them again!

Interview
I was initially contacted by the employer several weeks ago, and invited to apply for their open position. A couple of weeks later, I received an interview from the HR department at that time. From there, I then was contacted by the Office Manager at the office where I will be working. We also had an interview. Today, I received a verbal and then a written offer within minutes.

Recruiters and managers were very nice. They didn't want to put any pressure on my working interviews. After passing the phone interview, they wanted me to do working interviews following my schedule.
