Smooth and quick 2 stage interview process. Friendly management who guided the “informal” interviews. First stage, conducted via Teams, conversation about me and my background then about White Oak UK and the role. Second stage was in the office, more formal and HR conducted “interview style questions” all very friendly and didn’t put any undue pressure where they didn’t need. Interview finished about 12pm and was offer the job by 3pm the same day. I have no started my employment and love it!
