Went through five or six interviews for a senior management role, had my interviews rescheduled multiple times (one being on-site that I had already arrived for), ultimately was not selected. Which, honestly, its fine. But my rejection email after my six interviews was fully generic copy pasted and didnt even have a signature of the sender. Would've been nice to have something semi-personal and possibly some feedback after that many hours of time spent. Ended up working out for me getting an exec role with better comp. But the place seems nice and comp ranges seem competitive - although a bit hectic and run a bit scattered.
