Online, fifteen minute interview with the charge nurse or nurse manager. They accept and train newly graduated nurses. They ask questions like, "why did you choose wellstar?" If accepted, they quickly send an offer, which you have 48 hours to make a decision.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc

It was great and I enjoyed meeting everyone on the floor and other leaders in the system. It was an awesome awesome experience. I would like to see more interviews like this.
