The Interview process took about two weeks, and during that time I had three separate interviews. I had a general phone interview which lasted about fifteen to twenty minutes with one of their national recruiters. It was very lad back and felt more like meeting someone at the bar after work to have a beer and getting to know them. After the first interview, I then spoke with the Community Director who was very open to how we would conduct the second interview (IE- If I wanted to meet in person or via Skype, due to Covid) I decided to meet in-person. During my second interview, I met with both the Assistant and Community Director and that interview lasted about an hour. I was really impressed with both of them as they kept telling me (Wow, that's a good question and we've never thought of that before) The Community Director advised they had a few more interviews and would get back to me in about a week, but within five hours heard they liked me so much wanted to pass me along to our Area Director for an interview. I met with the Area Director via phone for about thirty-five minutes a few days later, where I was offered the job. All in all, I'm really impressed so far with Weidner and I'm hoping that this turns into a career for me. From the Recruiter, to both the Community Directors, to the Area Director everyone has been so friendly and nice!

I had one screening interview that was about 20 minutes and a Zoom meeting that was about 45 minutes - 1 hour (mostly because I had questions). There were three people that asked questions and conducted the 2nd interview. Not a ton of questions, mostly explaining what the position was and was I prepared to do that position, but I am also very qualified, if not, overqualified, for the position I applied to.
