Very personable and thoughtful. The brokers are very good at sensing if you will be a good fit just from simple conversation. Commission splits and other technical aspects were not the bulk of the conversation though they were explained clearly. They really want to get to know your personality.

Met with office manager and had an informal sit down. He asked brief questions to gauge personality. Mainly questions geared towards the service industry. This was not a hire position, since it deals with commission and not salary
