Wave (United Kingdom) interview questions

The interview process felt unprofessional. Two interviewers asked standard competency-based questions, which was fine. However, one of them stayed focused on their laptop the entire time and didn’t engage at all, which came across as disrespectful. There was also a strong emphasis on the company’s Trustpilot rating, which felt odd given the contrast with their Google reviews. I was told I would receive feedback after the interview, but nothing was ever provided. Overall, not a great experience.
