I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Screening interview, in person. Came in, and was blown off about 5 minutes in. I didn't even have a chance to sell myself - I guess they immediately weren't feeling it. Position apparently didn't actually exist but was to gather recruiting intel. Could've accomplished the same result with a phone screening interview. Got my hopes up for nothing.

I interviewed at Warner Bros. (Burbank, CA)
Interview
The interview was more like a casual conversation than an interview. It allowed me to really get to know the hiring manager and their leader. We talked about how the job posting is a wish list, but specific items are more important than others

Question 1
What is something about yourself that you are working on?
Recruiters are very nice to work with. The process was fairly simple with an interview with a recruiter and then an interview with the supervisor for the role. Good experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. in Feb 2020
Interview
Quick and organized interview process. I had a two hour interview that felt like I was speaking to long term colleagues. It took a couple weeks to receive the written offer after the verbal offer, but all in all a great candidate experience!
