I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Burbank, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Hirevues are scary, but they ask the same questions basically for most roles. Depending on the role/manager you will do different rounds. For one I accepted it was after a second round and it was vibe check based. I was asked to do a third round with the head of the dept. for another role, but declined as I already had an offer. The role asking for a third round was behavioral and asked a lot of hypotheticals and asked me to go through my whole resume.

Pitch us a TV show you are watching right now and why we should watch it too.
Very easy, one call with hiring managers after passing hirevue. Had a 20 minute call with them. Hirevue was basic, depends on the job of what you applied for. You have 48 hours to complete the hirevue.

Question 1
Do you subscribe to streaming platforms? If so, what kind of content do you enjoy watching!
Submited application, received a Hirevue request around a month after, and then a secondary interview two weeks after submitting my initial Hirevue. The waiting was the hardest part, but the questions weren't too difficult and mostly just wanted to know what I was passionate about and looking to get out of the internship.
