The interview process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Basic questions focused on customer service scenarios, and the manager who conducted the interview was awesome and very approachable. They asked questions like:
Customer Service Questions:
How would you handle a difficult customer?
Can you give an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
How do you prioritize tasks during a busy shift?
Teamwork and Problem-Solving:
How do you handle conflicts with coworkers?
Can you describe a situation where you had to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal?

How do you handle stressful situations?
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.

The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
