Very simple. phone interview, scheduled to a in person interview, ask you some questions and experiences, job offer, than hired. The process wasn't all that hard at all. straight to the point.
I did not find the interview process to be accessible or straightforward and would not recommend anyone attempting to work for this company as I have heard they are exploitative.

Interview
Spoke with the store manager about what the job needed. I would report directly to store manager and my main focus on the job would be inventory. 75 percent inventory and 25 percent actual loss prevention work.

It was very quick. Interviewer asked basic qualification and availability questions. I went to customer service and the connected me with the hiring manager. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.
