Online application process, group interview/assessment centre, individual interview.
We were given a tour around the shop floor. The group then sat through a 5 minute video on the John Lewis Partnership. We then had to discuss in groups how we would respond in certain situations.
The interview process was fair and simple. Included group activities and then a separate interview after with one of the managers. The questions were relatively straightforward and the whole process lasted less than an hour.

Online questionaire, then a simple team-building exercise with a small group followed by a basic one-to-one interview. The online first part was more difficult than what followed, but every stage asked common-sense questions about certain situations and how to best respond.
