What made you apply for Waitrose in particular compared to other later competitors?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Farnham, South East England, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a simple interview with basic interview questions about past experience and questions about myself as well as experience based questions. Manager seemed really keen on having me on and got a job offer a day later.
First their is a group interview doing a joint task, then after that there is a one on one interview with the manager/ line manager to ask you more personal questions
