Went through numerous interviews to the last stage (3 in total), including an IQ type multiple choice test. I was on a roster for about 1.5 years and then offered a job!! But that point I already relocated and accepted another permanent position!! They really shouldn’t keep people on lists for that long or they will lose them! Also this is a government job, not the CIA, Google, something super intellectually demanding. An IQ test for a position paying less than 6 figures and only requiring a university degree is a bit overkill.

Got email invitation to interview one month after applying. 2 interviewers. They were not very friendly, but pleasant. One mainly took notes. I think I did ok. I likely failed the work sample
