Behavioral based interviews. Start with one-on-one interview and then do panel interview for second round. They work off designed interview questions and look for situation, action, and results for each question/scenario.

2 step process. Video interview initially and then in person interview. Felt like I was just a required outside candidate and that an internal candidate would actually be hired. Went through the process at two different locations
Standard interview questions. Company needs to improve their tech to better manage their assets to improve productivity and visibility. This is a good company that will always have work for their employees as waste is nt going to go away
