There was 4 steps, 1. was a call with the recruiter/hiring manager. 2. With the teams engineering manager about you, your experience, checks if you seem to fit for the next step, informs you that they will send you homework, which was a generated repo to do a code review. 3. Code review, if everything is fine you get to step 4 4. Meeting with couple of developers and do a system design type of interview (Was implement Vinted home screen), you'll have some time to discuss the next step, what to expect etc. You'll get feedback a bit after the meeting if you're going to step 5. 5. Half a day in the office with the team, culture fit. So you'll have a few meetings, one with the engineering manager. Atleast I had it since it was a different one from the one on step 2. And then some other meetings with different parts of the team. So with the back-end team, with the front-end team etc. Participate in their spring planning.
