The interview process began with a ~30 minute phone call with the head of HR, who runs all the job listings and hiring processes. After reaching out to me on LinkedIn, we scheduled an informal call to talk about the role, the company, and my relevant skills and experience. We also discussed my availability and conditional schedule because I was still in school. They were looking to build a flexible role for each candidate. The phone call was engaging and helpful. After the call I was sent an "interview project," which took me several hours to complete. After sending that project in, I was scheduled for some in-office interviews the following week. I first met with the head of HR, then several other employees including the CMO and others I would be directly working with in my team. All in-person interviews were in a call room in a one-on-one setting. Everyone I met with were friendly, energetic, and obviously prepared for the interview. I was given opportunity to ask about the role and learn about the team I would be working in.
