I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (The Woodlands, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Filled out application on Indeed, very next day got a call to set up an interview. Asked if I was available the next day at a certain time and I was. Showed up only to be told it was a group interview, none of us were informed of that beforehand. Very impersonal and only 3 to 5 questions asked. We're told we would take turns speaking but the others didn't do that, I absolutely hate speaking over others and interrupting but I guess that's what you were supposed to do.

The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
