I applied through glassdoor with no leasing experience at all. I didn't really expect to get a call or for anything to come of it. Within two days, I got an email from the recruiting director, Eastin. We scheduled a Skype interview for the next day and it was extremely easy. I was a little nervous but he was very nice and it was basically just a conversation. He asked me what I was looking for in this job and what I felt I could bring to the company. After that, I got a call from Sarah, the property manager at the property I was applying for, and we set up an face to face interview. We met at a Panera and, again, it was just another conversation. I was then asked to take a very basic 15min IQ test. Last, I spoke with Candi, the regional leasing manager, and she interviewed me over the phone and by that time I felt very comfortable speaking about the job and about myself. The next morning, I got a call, offering me the job. Overall, I felt like the company was working to sell itself to me rather than the opposite, which is great. Everyone was so nice and, although long, the process made me feel comfortable and confident about what I was applying for.
