I had an interview via skype and it was a interesting experience for me. I have always either had an interview via person or phone therefore; this experience was very different. It was a very detailed interview full of valuable questions that identified my ability to provide customer service. The hiring manager that interviewed me was very informative and easy to talk with. This company really takes the time to get to know your character and the level of customer service you can provide for the company. I really enjoyed the interview and hope to hear back from them regard a chance to become apart of the company.

Interview
First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
