They need to get rid of the "recruiters" because they're not at all professional. All I received was almost a one line email from said "recruiter" no feedback/follow up. A week passes another random email this time not asking/not giving any further information but in a demanding tone that basically says this is when the overseas person is calling-again no follow up/no communication whatsoever (we all have lives, jobs, obligations, we do need to know when and if we can reschedule to convenient time). The interview time was in "Arabian time" OK well that is super EARLY for here which I sent to the "recruiter" no response- guess what no response to me means you don't care about potential hires and says volumes about you as an unethical/questionable "recruiter" who more than likely got your job through another incompetent idiot from here.
I digress but seriously get competent, professional, educated, people to do your recruiting!!
The actual interview was an hour earlier than the scheduled time (this was 5AM- it was scheduled for the equivalent of 6Am). The interviewers- who there were at least 4-5 people listening in and making noise/side chatter (wasn't ready for that) and maybe two who sort of introduced themselves and apologized the first time for calling too early. The actual interview was pretty basic with the exception of some person randomly making unnecessary/irrelevant comments. Never received any feedback after from the "recruiter" also didn't get any of the pertinent information I requested related to salary or anything else of importance to me but they tried to sell me on this job with the paid housing, transportation blah blah, umm I'm sorry I still want to know what the salary is, what the actual job entails, when this would happen, who pays for travel, who would I be working with (ironically none of the interviewers were in the actual department for aforementioned job they were interviewing me for), duration of the contract.
