They have you come in early to fill out an application, you then meet with a manager for a prescreening where they determine if you are qualified for the position. Based on the prescreening, some applicants are held for a group interview where full details of the position are covered and communication skills are evaluated. Afterwards another information sheet is filled out and the manager meets with you to give you a decision.

Why should I choose you over all of the other applicants?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
