The interview process at VOX Global was long and unnecessarily drawn out, lasting a full month from start to finish. It involved multiple rounds, including a phone screen, a video interview, an in-person interview, and several check-in calls with their internal recruiter—calls that often felt like they could have been simple emails.
By the time I reached the final in-person interview, the team was late and asked me the exact same questions I had already answered in my previous interviews, which made the process feel repetitive and unstructured. There was also supposed to be a take-home assignment, but I didn’t progress to that stage because they ultimately wanted someone with a specific technical expertise I didn’t have. While I understand their need for a particular skill set, I wish this had been made clearer earlier in the process rather than after weeks of interviews.
Overall, I felt that my time was not respected. If you’re considering applying, be prepared for a lengthy process and multiple redundant steps.
