Fue claro, preciso y muy ameno, destacan la visión y funciones de la empresa en el mercado, además de los beneficios que se podrían gozar. La reclutadora realizó preguntas en inglés y en español para probar el manejo del idioma y el conocimiento del postulante ante circunstancias en un posible ambiente laboral.

Applied via referral, received OA in two weeks after application, received an onsite interview in 3 months after the OA. The onsite is a four-round interview, and the interviewers needed to reach a unanimous consensus to hire you.

Online assessment, it was difficult unless your saw the question before. Lots of guys research the previous questions so they can get the answer before the OA even started. It is not fair that the first process is not an efficient way to filter out the candidates.
