The interview was somehow relaxed and straightforward. The manager was nice and she asked to describe your background, your education and your experience. They ask where do you see yourself in a couple years, what are your objectives and aspirations. This interview is more about your previous experience and with what you can contribute to the hospital. They do not ask about your qualities, and etc.
