Interview
The initial phone interview was awkward. The recruiter was unfamiliar with the industry terminology and the general responsibilities of the position. In addition to answering the prepared questions, I had to explain what each question meant.

For the most part, the questions were standard for the industry. However, I had to repeatedly explain what was being asked. The recruiter also asked how I would approach situations that simply would not occur in this field of work.
Primeiro é feita a triagem pelo RH, depois individual com cada gerente de área e possivelmente com o Diretor, para cargos de Head a entrevista também passa pelo Presidente da Cia. No geral são feitas perguntas específicas e sobre o mercado musical.

Interview
The process was very structured, with a single point of contact throughout, though a new person stepped in at the offer stage. I had two interview rounds before getting an offer, with additional phone calls from HR throughout the process.

Interview
Was a pretty straight forward interview process. No trick questions, felt like it was an open and honest conversation between two parties. Most of the questions were about my experience within the industry.
