The interview began by asking the interviewee to go through their work experience and explain each role in more depth and detail. After reviewing the resume the interview asked a series of situational questions. They were looking for specific examples and details on how you dealt with certain situations in the past. For instance "Give an example of how you dealt with a co-worker that was difficult to work with." After 8-10 situational questions the interviewer asked if I had any questions for them. I asked a few questions about the company which started a really good dialogue about what is going on with company currently and the complexities of the interviewer's role. Next the interview proceeded to give me more specific details on the position being offered and the challenges you would face if hired. Finally I was able to ask any questions I had about the position. Finally the interview was over and we said our goodbyes.
