I got a phone call from a very friendly recruiter and was moved forward to the second round with a hiring manager. After a while I didn't hear back from them and approached them to check the result. It was a huge mess. Honestly, I think recruiters in Unity simply do not respect their candidates and write emails without minds. I saw the whole emails between two recruiters talking about my application which was VERY INSULTING and I am very glad that I was not moved forward to work in this kind of company where there is no respect. At least, recruiters should have not cced to me what they gossiped about. I hope it won't happen to other people.

The interview process involved an initial screening, 1:1s with the department manager and other team members and a final presentation and roleplay stage. The recruitment team were incredibly responsive and interviews were organised and detailed well and all handled remotely due to the pandemic.
