Interview
I am still going through the interview process. So far the process has taken about 4 1/2 weeks and counting.
I applied online. I received the email to complete the assessment a week later. A week after completing the assessment I receive the invite to do the video interview. After the video interview, it had been about 2 weeks before I received the first request for a face to face interview with the Hiring Manager ( which went well), and it had been only a few days when I received a request for a second face to face interview with the Director which is Feb 22nd.
I have applied for several positions and done several phone and video interviews with UHG but this is the first time I have followed through with the process to get to this point. It has been a long hiring process which will make getting the job that much more rewarding.

The first face to face interview was casual and consisted of both behavioral questions and questions about my experience as it related to the position.
How do you handle conflict? Why are you a good fit for this position? Tell us about yourself?

Interview
It went great. First round was smooth, second even better. Talked with hiring manager and so far think I have a shot. I hope to know in a few weeks and we'll go from there!
