United Bank for Africa Interview Questions

It was a contract job so our interview took place at the contracting agency. I was interviewed by a staff of UBA and it was interactive. We were done in less than 10 minutes.

The interview was great . The first level interview was more diplomatic. The second level interview, they wanted to know me and more about my background. They asked personal questions especially based on my CV

Selection process was internal and questions were based on current achievements on current functions as Group Head of Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sector. New businesses generated for the bank was also considered.

Easy , basically my ability and capability , name and the school I finished from my knowledge in sales and the potential customers that I have , my ability to convince people to buy my product

It was an eye opener for me. The interviewers were very nice and friendly. Tho the process was stressful because we had to write an impromptu essay. There was no refreshments.

it was an online interview. had technical glitches and not so audible. it was difficult to comprehend questions. not great considering the reporting structure. too k too long because of glitches. could b reslved, but reflect weakess in cipanyprocesses and culture

not hard, just 2 interviews with the HRBP and a senior staff at the head office. they ask about your personal background relative to the role and also assess your behavioral competency. overall, the process is not tedious.

i saw the job online, applied for it by sending the application to the formal HR email and after some time I was called for interviews. The interview had like four people on the panel. it was fairly okay and I did well . After some days I received a call that I have a final interview with the CEO which was intimidating but I managed to pass.
