It was a contract job so our interview took place at the contracting agency. I was interviewed by a staff of UBA and it was interactive. We were done in less than 10 minutes.

Selection process was internal and questions were based on current achievements on current functions as Group Head of Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sector. New businesses generated for the bank was also considered.

it was an online interview. had technical glitches and not so audible. it was difficult to comprehend questions. not great considering the reporting structure. too k too long because of glitches. could b reslved, but reflect weakess in cipanyprocesses and culture

not hard, just 2 interviews with the HRBP and a senior staff at the head office. they ask about your personal background relative to the role and also assess your behavioral competency. overall, the process is not tedious.

i saw the job online, applied for it by sending the application to the formal HR email and after some time I was called for interviews. The interview had like four people on the panel. it was fairly okay and I did well . After some days I received a call that I have a final interview with the CEO which was intimidating but I managed to pass.
