They looked at my portfolio at my school and followed up with a video call with the team they'd like to place me on. The portfolio review took a longer time and the video call was much shorter.
First few interviews were virtual and you could pre record and re watch the answers to your questions. However took a very long time to hear back from recruiters and whether move on to next round
It was a self recorded video that requires you to address a few questions, including why would you like to apply to this program and what do you hope to earn from this program. It should be around 60 - 90 seconds long
