2 stage interview, first via Teams and second in person. 1st was with Programme Director and Senior Programme manager and second with 2 Senior Programme managers. Competency questions and some general PM governance questions specific to Defence

Applied online and heard back within 1 week. 2 stages - 1 remote 30min video interview & 1 2hr in person interview with 2 managers. Following the second interview the offer was made within 5 days.

2 Stage interview with a psychological questionnaire to be completed before hand. Before the interview itself kicked off I was asked to sit down and take a verbal and numerical reasoning test. Second interview was with a higher up manager and was less difficult and more informal.
