Applied online. Received a call from the recruiting team about 2 weeks later. She described the position and asked 1 star question like tell me about a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. Then the same day I was offered a second interview on-site with the hiring manager. The interview was an 1hr long basically asking star based questions like tell me about a time....I attended the second interview Dec 23rd. I heard back the same day that I got the job. Passed the background check and I start Feb 10th! Very excited as I just received my all lines license in November and already landed a job!
