Comfortable atmosphere and relaxed interview. Be prepared to be answer short and to the point answers. Stay focused on the job position and positive customer experiences. Make eye contact with the interviewer and don’t forget to thank the recruiter for meeting with you.

Interview
30 minute phone interview. Mostly behavioral questions. Overall, it was honestly a very pleasant interview. The recruiter was very nice. There seemed to be a delay though, so sometimes it was awkward and we'd both be talking at the same time. I felt pretty good about the interview, but my qualifications aren't the best, so I think that's why I didn't make it to the next round.

Interview
It was an all day event, 9-2 PM, every hour a new person interviewed, basically asked situational type questions, even during lunch there was an interview, flew in the night before, they paid for airfare, hotel, and the ride from airport to hotel, and hotel to site. After interview a real estate tour for 2 hours and they dropped me off at the airport.
